Future Pilot Assessment Day
University of West London
7th August 2024
08.30 - 16.30

Applying to an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) or sponsored Airline programme can be a daunting task for any aspiring young pilot.

The Honourable Company of Air Pilots is therefore pleased to announce a new initiative aimed at guiding prospective pilots through the process and will include time in a simulator.

The day will cover:

  • Industry outlook
  • Pilot competencies
  • Written application (including CVs)
  • Numerical reasoning tests
  • Video interviews and in-person interviews
  • Group assessments
  • Simulator profiles (including hands-on demonstration in a Boeing sim)
  • Suitability and wellbeing

The event will be run by industry experts who have been involved in pilot recruitment for decades utilising techniques and tests used by major airlines.

The confirmed venue and date: University of West London (Ealing) on 7th August 2024.

The cost for the day is £145, which represents unparalleled value. No profits will be made from the event and any monies remaining after costs will be used to fund flying scholarships

There are only 20 places available, and reservations will be taken on a first come first served basis – there will be a waiting list available for short notice changes.
